I was super comfortable with the help and diagnosis I received. I had a troubling noise coming from my car, so I stopped by and the gentleman hopped in for a quick ride-a-long. He seemed very educated regarding the intricacies of my engine. I drove way too long without changing my oil so he suggested we just do an oil change to see if it helped relieve the symptoms and it turned out to be the trick!
