I took my Rav4 for an oil change, etc. They showed me that the dealer was letting me use the wrong grad oil. When I fixed that, a slight rattle noise I had been hearing (which the dealer couldn't even notice) went away. NWA also let me know that my transmission fluid was way overdue for change (the dealer didn't). So hurray for quality.I've been coming here for about 4 years, with occasion exceptions (the dealership, for recalls, etc.). It's always been good. Anonymous
