First timer. Jeff was very helpful. I had a problem with the car as the heater/defroster had stopped working. He set up an appointment that allowed me to get in right away. Alex analyzed the problem and got it fixed within a short time. He also performed a free 30 point check on the car and provided me a list of what was working and what needed attention, along with price estimates.
