We are amazed at the great service we get from Northwest Auto Center. The other day right before going out of town to Yakima to a special party that we couldn't miss, our alternator died in our truck. I quickly called Alex and asked him if there was anyway he could fit us in and fix this so we could still go. He said come right over and I will do my best. He had our truck fixed and out the door within an hour! They are amazing, it is no wonder that we have been going there for over 10 years. You can't go wrong with Northwest Auto Center, their service is outstanding and they are truly lifesavers! Patti L
