I was able to get serviced in a very timely manner. Repairs were completed in the timeframe indicated. Since my drop off was on Friday, the fact that you are open on Sat was beneficial to us. However, when I picked the vehicle up, upon starting the car it was clear there was still a problem. Fortunately it was heard by all and looked at immediately and determined to be a faulty part. This was of course bad news, but better to place at your shop than elsewhere. This necessitated a new part being bought in KIrkland (I think). Staff was immediately on it, bought the part, returned and installed it. This of course resulted in an additional wait, but it was worth it to get such immediately response to the issue. All seems to be working fine now. In spite of this flawed part issue I would come back to NW Auot Center. Duke V
